What is Yoga for Pregnancy?
|
Pregnancy is not only about NOT doing things wrong (the focus of most pregnancy
books), but THE time in a woman’s life when she is the most open to connecting
with the mystery and joy of what is happening. Yoga is body, mind and soul!

Please consult your health
care provider for the advisability of undertaking yoga when you have specific
health problems. Avoid yoga videos and books if you don’t know what you’re
doing! Many are not appropriate for pregnancy, and some styles assume a
very high level of physical fitness.
